When we reply
We reply within one business day. We know many of our customers are planning a service on short notice, so we treat every message as time sensitive.
What to include
To help us answer in one reply, please include:
- your name and the email you used at checkout,
- your order number, if you have placed an order,
- the date of the service, if your question is about timing,
- clear photos, if your order arrived damaged or misprinted.
Common requests
Cancel an order. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order goes to print. Email us as soon as possible.
Report a problem with a printed order. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. If we made an error that was not in your approved proof, or the order arrived damaged or misprinted, we reprint it free, or refund it if a reprint cannot arrive in time.
Ask about your personal information. You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
