Privacy Policy
BookletBuddy is run by Arbitrage Studios LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as BookletBuddy. When you make a memorial program with us, you trust us with personal photos and words about someone you love. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your shipping address, for printed orders.
- Order details, such as the product, quantity, delivery speed, and proof approval.
- The photos and text you upload or write while building your program.
- Notes from any support conversation with us.
How we use it
We use your information only to make, print, and ship your order and to answer your support questions. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We share your uploaded photos and text with two kinds of service providers, and only so they can help produce your order:
- Our print partner, which prints and ships your program.
- Our AI text provider, which helps draft the wording you review and approve.
We never sell your information. We do not use your photos or text to train AI models.
Payments
Our store and checkout run on Shopify, and Shopify processes your payment. We never see your full card number.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, and for basic analytics that tell us how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. We delete your uploaded photos within 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep your draft so you can use it again.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@bookletbuddy.com. We will delete what we can and tell you about anything we are required to keep, such as order records needed for tax and accounting.
Children
BookletBuddy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
