What we offer

BookletBuddy helps you create custom memorial programs online. Our products are:

• an A5 bifold program in 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, or 200 copies, at $149, $179, $209, $239, $289, or $339, plus applicable sales tax,
• an 8-page A5 booklet in 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, or 200 copies, at $189, $249, $319, $379, $529, or $679, plus applicable sales tax,
• a 12-page A5 booklet in 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, or 200 copies, at $219, $299, $389, $469, $649, or $879, plus applicable sales tax,
• a $49 print-ready PDF, and
• a $69 Express add-on for printed orders.

The price for your order is shown upfront before you pay. Sales tax is based on the ship-to address. Payments are processed by Shopify.

How an order works

You build your program on our site. Our AI tools can help draft the text, and you can edit anything they suggest. When you are ready, we show you a proof. Nothing prints until you approve that proof. The approved proof is what we print.

Your responsibility for accuracy

You are responsible for checking that every name, date, photo, and word in your proof is correct before you approve it. That includes text our AI tools helped draft. Please also check your shipping address.

Your photos and text

You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload. By uploading them, you confirm that you have the right to use them in a printed or digital program. You give us a limited license to use them only to produce, print, and deliver your order, including sharing them with our print partner and our AI text provider for that purpose. We do not use them for anything else.

Content we may decline

We may decline or cancel an order that contains unlawful content. If we cancel for this reason before printing, we refund you in full.

Delivery

Printed orders ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery windows are the ones shown at checkout for the speed you choose, counted from your proof approval. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

Cancellations, refunds, and reprints

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order goes to print. Because each program is custom, printed orders cannot be returned for a change of mind. If we introduce an error that was not in your approved proof, or your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we reprint it free, or refund it if a reprint cannot arrive in time. Our Refund Policy explains the full terms, including the 7-day reporting window and late Express orders.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on the date you place your order applies to that order.
