Where we ship

We ship printed orders to addresses in the United States only.

When the clock starts

Nothing prints until you approve your proof. Every delivery time on this page is counted in business days from the moment you approve the proof, not from when you place the order. An approval after 11am Eastern Time, or on a day that is not a business day, starts counting the next business day. Please approve as early as you can when the service date is close.

Standard delivery

Standard, about 4 business days. Standard printed orders are produced by our print partner and shipped by UPS 2-day. They arrive about 4 business days after you approve the proof. Standard shipping is included in the price of your order. Sales tax is based on the ship-to address and is added at checkout.

Express delivery

Express, 2 to 3 business days for $69 on a printed order. Express orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days after you approve the proof.

The delivery window at checkout

Before you pay, checkout shows the delivery window for the speed you choose. That window is our commitment for your order. If you paid for Express and your order arrives after that window because of something we did, we refund the $69 Express fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

Print-ready PDF

The $49 print-ready PDF is a separate product, delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped. You can download the file once you approve the proof, and take it to any printer you choose. The printer you pick sets its own timing and price.

A local printer

Add the PDF ($49) if you want a file to take to a local printer. A printed order does not include that download.

1. Add the PDF ($49) to your order.
2. The booklet trim is 5.83 by 8.27 inches, with 0.118 inch bleed.
3. Ask the printer when they can finish, and what they charge. That date and price are theirs.

Samples

We do not send physical samples. You can see every page of your program on screen in the proof before anything prints.

Your shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address you give us, and the delivery windows above depend on it being correct. If you notice a mistake, email us right away, before your order goes to print.

Damaged or misprinted orders

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint it free, or refund it if a reprint cannot arrive in time for the service.
